It seems now days that “Mindfulness” is a hot topic that has many endurance athletes flocking to meditation apps and forrest fields to “be more mindful”. But is sitting and meditating to “clear one’s mind fo all thoughts” REALLY all there is to being more mindful?
No. Not even close.
While opening up one’s acceptance to meditation is certainly a huge step in the right direction, it’s only a piece of the puzzle.
